Appointment and Office Policies at Westpointe Dental

At Westpointe Dental, we want every visit to be as comfortable and convenient as possible. These guidelines help our office run smoothly, allowing us to provide quality care while respecting the time of all our patients.

If you have any questions about our policies or your upcoming appointment, our team is always happy to help.

Appointment Scheduling and Reminders

As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders in advance of your visit.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least two full business days’ notice whenever possible. This allows us to offer that appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.

Missed appointments or cancellations with less than two business days’ notice may be subject to a fee.

While reminders are provided, we encourage patients to keep track of their scheduled appointments and let us know as early as possible if changes are needed.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Arriving for Your Appointment

We recommend arriving a few minutes early for your appointment, especially if it is your first visit to our office.

This allows time to review any necessary information and helps your appointment begin as scheduled.

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the timing of your arrival, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other patients.

Our Approach to Care

We are committed to providing care that is clear, respectful, and centred around your individual needs.

This includes:

  • Taking the time to explain your treatment options and answer questions
  • Respecting your scheduled appointment time whenever possible
  • Providing a consistent and welcoming experience from one visit to the next
  • Communicating clearly before, during, and after your appointment

New Patients Are Always Welcome

Whether you are new to the area or looking for a new dental office, our team looks forward to meeting you.

No referral is required to book an appointment, and we are happy to answer questions about your first visit, insurance, and what to expect when you arrive.
